Rhythmagogia is an invented term, combining ρυθμός rhythmos- “any regular recurring motion or symmetry” and αγωγός -agōgos, meaning “conducting or leading”. The album begins with slow explorations of rhythm. Random distributions of pulse and noise set the stage for a journey into the hidden geometries of growth. Like roots testing soil or tendrils searching for a grip, these sequences open pathways into the overlooked logics of vegetal life. Through adaptive transformation, the album mirrors the way plants adjust, modifying their patterns in response to subtle changes in their environment. Every beat becomes a negotiation with constraint; every pause, a reminder that survival is less about domination than about circulation and balance. The compositions grow through iteration: repeating yet never the same. As motifs gather density, they begin to diffuse like pollen or seeds across invisible networks. Rhythms teach us, conduct us, lead us toward another mode of listening. In this space, the seeming randomness of organic patterns reveals itself as memory, strategy, and quiet intelligence. Rhythmagogia invites us to decelerate, to dwell in vegetal rhythmic temporality.
